Eine Frau will sich scheiden lassen, vor Gericht berichtet die Dame von Grausamkeiten und Trunksucht ihres Ehemannes. CharleyÂŽs Anwalt Stan versucht ihn zu verteidigen, schafft es aber, dass Charley am Ende noch schlechter dasteht. Olli hat eine kleine Gastrolle als Polizist, der Charley zum Schluss der Verhandlung verhaftet.
